What ages will the programs serve?
This part time, primary classroom is for students 2.5 through 6 years of age. Students must be able to use the bathroom independently. Specifically, we request children be able to change their own clothing if an accident occurs, and that they are accident free 80% of the day.
This means our program serves kindergarten students! We request these students attend Monday through Friday mornings to ensure academic progress.
**Our upcoming Toddler class will serve children 12 months to 30 months of age!**

What does family-teacher communication look like?
Transparent Classroom is our means of family-teacher communication. Families can view pictures, see student progress as well as check students in and out each day!
Additionally, we host family-teacher conferences twice a year so there is clarity on how students are doing and how we can best support their growth.
-
What is the enrollment process?
The first step is to submit an application through Transparent Classroom. Once an application is received, we’ll set up a time to talk about your vision for your student. At this time Ms. Stacy will share exactly what our school can offer. Clear expectations are essential for success!
If we decide to move forward with enrollment, you’ll receive a registration form. Once that is complete, a Tuition Fee Agreement will be prepared. Once signed and submitted, your student’s seat at CMS Puyallup is secure!
-
What if I want to transfer to CSM Sumner?
Students enrolled at CSM Puyallup will have first opportunity to enroll in full or part time programs at the Sumner Campus! It’s the same for families at the Sumner Campus! Siblings will have first opportunity to enroll in the Puyallup Classroom. Enrollment for both campuses begins January of the current school year.
-
What are your food & wellness policies?
Our Puyallup classroom will adhere to the COVID & Wellness Policies set forth from our Sumner Campus. Any classroom food (meal prep and/or cooking projects) brought in will be communicated to parents so arrangements can be made for student with allergies and/or restrictions. Children can bring a snack with them each day and eat it at their leisure at our snack table. Children will learn how to prepare and clean up their eating space!
